Preparing Your Advertisement
To help keep production costs low and ensure the best possible presentation, advertisements should ideally be supplied as print-ready artwork. However, if you only have text and basic information, we will be happy to help by providing a selection of advertisement layouts for you to choose from.
Advertisements appear:
In black and white in the printed newsletter.
In full colour with a summary of your business on The Hayle Pump website. (trialling website adverts)
Advertising rates are quoted per issue, with six editions published each year.
Reserving Your Space
Advertising space is limited and demand can be high. Advertisers who prepay for multiple issues can secure a regular placement and ensure continuity throughout the year.
Please note that:
Full-page advertisements are not available.
Advertising space cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
Acceptance of advertising is at the discretion of the Treasurer and Editorial Team.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Advertising Deadlines
Payment and artwork must be received before publication.
The advertising deadline is close of business on the 13th day of the month preceding publication.
Meeting the deadline does not automatically guarantee space, so early booking is strongly advised.
