Meet Feyja – Paradise Park’s New Red Panda Arrival
Families visiting Paradise Park over the summer holidays have a very special new arrival to look out for – Feyja, a young female Red Panda who has just arrived from Copenhagen Zoo in Denmark.
Hayle’s Heritage is on the Move This Summer
This travelling exhibition will visit locations across Hayle and St Erth throughout the summer and autumn, giving residents and visitors the chance to explore local heritage through displays of artefacts, the new town banner, 3D-printed handling objects, oral history recordings, and a selection of local history books. There will also be free Arts Award craft activities for children and families.

Led by its Dialect Recorders, Chris Trevena, and Paul Phillips, the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies has instigated a new enterprise to highlight our wonderful Cornish Dialect. Chris (‘Kovadhor an Bobel’) and Paul (‘Kaffler Rannyeth’) are both bards of Gorsedh Kernow and have recently undertaken extensive work to record Cornish stories and dialect.
